MADE-TO-ORDER

All Act London pieces are made to order and produced specifically for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of each garment, all sales are final.
MEASUREMENT & FIT

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Act London is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the client.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, items are exempt from standard return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

If production has not yet started (prior to measurements being submitted).

If the garment is received with a fault or manufacturing defect.

All pieces undergo quality checks before being dispatched. No refunds will be issued for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

To report a fault, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item with photographic evidence. This helps us resolve issues promptly.
EXCHANGE POLICY

As all pieces are made to order, exchanges are limited.

Exchanges may be considered only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. In such cases, clients must notify Act London within 5 days of receiving the item, with supporting evidence to allow for prompt resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights. Act London reserves the right to assess the issue and offer a replacement where appropriate.
QUALITY DISCLAIMER

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the piece’s unique character.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be cancelled prior to measurements being submitted. Once measurements have been received and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

Where a cancellation is made before production begins, any payment paid will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
LIABILITY

Act London is not liable for delays arising from external production or shipping factors beyond our control.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a complaint or dispute, clients are encouraged to contact Act London directly in the first instance so that we may seek to resolve the matter promptly.

Act London aims to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
SHIPPING POLICY

Production time for each ACT London piece is approximately 2–3 weeks, although timelines may vary depending on the design and level of craftsmanship required.

Once your order is received, our concierge team will carefully review it before the piece is prepared for dispatch.

Delivery within the UK typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For urgent requests or specific delivery timelines, please contact our concierge team prior to placing your order.

Act London is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including production timelines, customs clearance, or courier services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate. ACT London is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the client.
DATA & PRIVACY

Act London collects and stores personal data including your name, contact details, and measurements solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except to complete production and delivery of your order.

Act London complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
